Bases Module

Description:

The Bases module is a 'class' to hold Base objects. In the game, all forces require bases to hold equipment, host facilities and provide a starting point for all agent and troop operations.

Logic:

The bases module must update any construction of new facilities per turn.

UI:

A Base management window - this allows access to creating or destroying facilities.

A Base creation window - this allows new bases to be constructed in any city.

A Trading window - this allows the purchase or disposal of equipment held at that base.

An Agent assignment window - each agent can be assigned to a facility at a base. This window allows agents to be assigned to a facility if they are located at that base.
